To practice Anti-gymnastique®

 

Depending on your schedule you can choose weekly 1.5-hour long classes or monthly classes lasting from a half-day to a full day. Workshops (several days) are also held throughout the year. Recommended attire
Comfortable pants and T-shirt, preferably made of natural fibers (cotton, wool, etc.). Participants are barefoot. It is advised to remove jewelry, watches, glasses, contact lenses, and anything that prevents freedom of movement.

Materials

Anti-gymnastique is practiced with simple, easy to find or to make materials such as wooden dowels, balls (cork or seed-filled) and spelt-filled cushions.
