Recommended attire
Comfortable pants and T-shirt, preferably made of natural fibers (cotton, wool, etc.). Participants are barefoot. It is advised to remove jewelry, watches, glasses, contact lenses, and anything that prevents freedom of movement.

Materials
Anti-exercise is practiced with simple, easy to find or to make materials wooden dowels, balls (made of cork or seed-filled) and spelt-field cushions.
